Controller/CFO

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end close, financial reporting, and audit readiness
• Manage banking relationships, debt compliance, and lender reporting
• Oversee insurance, risk management, and compliance
• Cook up tax work with the external CPA firm
• Drive budgeting and forecasting to support executive decision-making

Qualifications

• 7+ years of accounting/finance leadership experience
• Strong experience with month-end close, financial reporting, and banking relationships
