About the role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Controller/Bookkeeper to join our growing team. In this role, you'll manage day-to-day accounting operations across our family of companies.
Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Payroll & bank reconciliations
- Financial reporting & general ledger management
- QuickBooks Online maintenance
- Owner statements, invoicing & escrow balancing
- Other related accounting tasks
Requirements
- Experience as a Controller/Bookkeeper or similar role
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Schedule
25–40 hours per week, hybrid position in Alden, MI (with the opportunity for partial remote work after training). Consistent office hours required.
