About The Role Zenity is scaling fast, and our books need to scale with us. We're hiring a US Accounting Manager to own revenue accounting and AR/AP as enterprise customer volume grows. You'll sit at the intersection of finance, GTM, and HR, structuring deals, onboarding customers from a billing standpoint, and building process before we outgrow the one we have. What You’ll Do: Revenue Accounting & Financial Close Own the US subsidiary's month-end close and core revenue accounting under US GAAP and ASC 606Manage AR and AP, including enabling billing and collections processes for new enterprise customersSupport external audits, tax filings, and ad hoc financial reporting for leadership and investors Deal Support & Pricing Partner with the Go-To-Market team to review and structure complex customer deals, ensuring proper revenue treatment and clean contract termsSupport pricing strategy and deal-desk processes with financial modeling, margin analysis, and guidance that informs commercial decisions Cross-Functional Partnership Work with HR on onboarding, benefits, and PEO systemsTranslate complex accounting requirements into clear, actionable guidance for non-finance stakeholders Controls & Scale Build finance processes that support go to market as the company scalesStrengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and audit readinessExplore opportunities to apply AI tools across accounting and finance operations Requirements: What You’ve Done: Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and active CPA licenseStartup experience, comfortable operating in a high-volume, intense, fast-changing environmentHands-on AR and AP ownership, ideally supporting enterprise customer enablementDeep knowledge of US GAAP and ASC 606Ability to incorporate AI tools into accounting workflows4+ years corporate accounting in tech/SaaS, or Big 4 auditing tech clientsCybersecurity or high-growth SaaS experienceHigh proficiency with tech stacks (e.g., HubSpot, ERP systems, Excel). Compensation: The expected base salary range for this role is $200,000-240,000 depending on experience, skills, and location.
