Controller

About the role

PremierU is a growing collaboration of innovative healthcare experts bringing a modern approach to medicine. We’re looking for a dynamic Controller to join our leadership team and help drive the financial success of our expanding clinic network.

Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. - Partner closely with leadership and department heads to provide key financial insights that support strategic decision-making and operational growth. - Guide the leadership team, ensuring strong revenue cycle performance, accuracy, and compliance.

Requirements

- Background in accounting or finance. - Experience in healthcare financial operations is a plus but not required. - Passion for building strong processes in a fast-paced, growing organization. - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. - CPA certification preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Skills

- Proficient in financial software and systems. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
