About the role

The Driver Provider, founded in 1997, is a premier provider of chauffeured transportation services. As a key role, you will collaborate with senior leadership including CEO, President, and CFO to support the organization's success.

Position requirements

• At least 5-7+ years of experience in an accounting leadership role
• A relevant accounting degree or professional certification

Essential Job Functions

• Extensive experience in full-charge, accrual-based bookkeeping
• Lead Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable operations
• Process payroll in coordination with HR
• Serve as a trusted liaison to department leaders
• Maintain and update QuickBooks Desktop
• Monitor and analyze cash flow
• Execute bank reconciliations and provide financial reporting
• Ensure compliance by managing tax filings, business licenses, and regulatory requirements

Required Skills/Qualifications

• Knowledge of GAAP
• Mastery of QuickBooks and Understanding of Journal Entries’ and how to prepare them
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of confidentiality of sensitive information, ability to retain information, figures and stay focused
• Ability to lead a high-performing team, roll up sleeves and manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Compensation & Benefits

• $95,000.00 – $125,000.00 competitive salary aligned with experience and qualifications
