ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate the NetSuite accounting system, including integration and upgrades of multiple instances
• Generate and optimize monthly reporting, including using Adaptive Planning
• Manage daily accounting functions such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounting
• Enhance the use of automation in accounting processes and procedures
• Perform technical accounting research and resolution
• Support the annual budgeting process and forecast development
• Oversee the accounting aspects of mergers and acquisitions
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
• Manage the annual financial audit process
• Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting
• Develop, analyze, document, and implement internal controls
• Create and maintain accounting and finance policies, processes, and procedures
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
• Manage employee benefits, including health insurance and 401(k) programs
• Work with CFO and CLO to ensure adequate insurance coverage
• Manage projects and initiatives assigned

Qualifications

• 10+ years accounting experience, including 3 years in public accounting
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA certification
• Healthcare experience preferred
• NetSuite experience preferred
• Excellent Excel skills
• Experience in multi-site operations
• Experience with merger and acquisition integrations
• Proven skill in building and motivating teams
