Program Controller
TerraPower is seeking a Program Controller to oversee financial management and reporting for the Natrium Project. Key responsibilities include:
- Financial and accounting aspects of the project, including budgeting, analysis, and reporting.
- Create monthly financial summaries and present to stakeholders.
- Review and provide input on draft contracts.
- Assess financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Enhance accounting procedures and improve operational efficiency.
- Support general accounting functions such as accounts payable, receivable, and fixed asset management.
- Develop and maintain cost tracking matrices.
- Prepare financial and profitability analyses.
- Support financial projects like audits, taxes, and budgets.
- Maintain financial statement integrity and accuracy.
Key Qualifications and Skills
- High degree of trust and integrity, open communication, and teamwork.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting with CPA preference.
- Public accounting experience or strong preference for engineering environment experience.
- Strong working knowledge of accounting, proficient Excel, and Oracle Cloud ERP system.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Effective communication and professional interaction.
- Fast-paced environment tolerance.
- Confidentiality and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in external audit, internal audit, and SOX compliance.
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in accounting roles.

Job Details
- Salary Range: $196,537 - $294,806
- Typically placed offers in the lower to middle portion of the range.
- Based on market data and commensurate with the selected individual’s qualifications and experience.
- Specific to Washington State.
