Job Description

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Minimum of 7‑10 years of progressive accounting and financial management experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong cost accounting and manufacturing finance experience required.
• Thorough understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and audit practices.
• Experience managing inventory accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems; Epicor experience is highly desirable.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with executives, employees, auditors, customers, and business partners.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of building and developing high‑performing teams.
• Knowledge of banking, treasury management, cash flow forecasting, and working capital management.
