About the role

This is a highly visible leadership role reporting directly to the CFO, combining technical accounting expertise with team leadership and operational ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and annual financial reporting and close processes
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and internal audit teams
• Oversee project accounting and billing processes including WIP, POC, and job costing
• Manage annual audits and internal controls
• Lead a small accounting team

Requirements

• Active CPA
• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Project accounting experience such as WIP, POC, billing, job costing, etc.
• Experience in architecture, construction, or engineering industry
• Accounting software implementation or integration experience

Qualifications

Pluses

• Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools
