Responsibilities

• Oversee comprehensive financial activities, including P&L management
• Provide strategic guidance and insights to executive leadership
• Lead a dedicated finance team in a dynamic manufacturing environment

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a controller with hands-on P&L management
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• CPA, CMA, or MBA certification is highly favored

Qualifications

• Experience with manufacturing KPIs such as labor efficiency, inventory turns, and cost per unit
• Proven track record of driving profitability improvements and operational efficiencies
• Knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls
