You will bring together accounting operations, financial reporting, policy, controls, regulatory reporting, systems, and financial data into a consistent and scalable framework. You will establish clear ownership and standards, strengthen accounting quality and audit readiness, develop the accounting team, and partner across Royal to ensure accounting requirements are built into business decisions and organizational change.
