About the role
Path Construction Central is a rapidly growing general contractor, real estate developer, and design builder headquartered in Arlington Heights, IL. Additional corporate offices are located in North Carolina, Arizona, Tennessee, Texas, Florida, and the company performs work throughout the country.
Responsibilities
- Aid in administrative, financial, and risk management operations
- Support the formulation of the company’s future direction and tactical initiatives, including performance measures
- Implement operational best practices
- Monitor all open legal issues involving the company, and legal issues affecting the industry
- Manage and improve Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Processes
- Collect and analyze accurate accounts receivables and payables
- Prepare reports for corporate entities
- Analyze corporate insurance programs
- Analyze financials for tax strategies
- Analyze capital, investment, and budgeting processes
Requirements
- A degree in accounting or business administration with 7+ years of progressively responsible experience
- Experience in partnering with an executive team
- High level of written and oral communication skills
- Preference for candidates with an MBA in Finance, CPA, or Certified Management Accountant designations within the construction industry
