Financial Management & Reporting

• Prepare and review financial statements, including P&L, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and Work in Progress.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, including proper revenue recognition for percentage of completion accounting and service arrangements.
• Own and execute a 5-business-day monthly close including GL and intercompany reconciliations while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Avoidance of errors and inconsistencies in financial reporting.
• Assist with preparation of monthly reporting package.
• Oversee profitability reporting by service line (service, maintenance, construction).
• Establish and enforce internal financial policies and controls.
• Ensure adherence to tax laws, corporate regulations, and financial reporting standards.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies for audits and compliance matters.

Lead and Mentor the Finance Team

• Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring efficiency and professional development.
• Support senior management with financial insights for business growth.
• Drive cost optimization and efficiency initiatives to maximize profitability.
