Key Responsibilities

• Oversight of accounting functions including general ledger, budgeting, cash management, AP/AR, payroll, and fixed assets
• Ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial statements and compliance with GAAP
• Monitoring monthly financial performance against budget
• Preparation and presentation of financial reports
• Development and improvement of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Management of accounting and payroll systems and ensuring data integrity
• Cash flow forecasting and expenditure coordination
• Leading annual audits and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Supporting executive leadership with financial presentations and insights
• Hiring, developing, and supervising accounting staff
• Building strong relationships with auditors, vendors, and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA license
