Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required; Master’s degree or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position.
• Knowledge of project accounting, finance, taxation, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.
• Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations.
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Experience in a senior financial-management role, partnering with executive staff, resulting in the development and implementation of creative financial management strategies.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced proficiency in Excel.

Job Details

• Oversee all financial operations of the company including budgeting, financial reporting, and auditing.
• Manage project accounting, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash.
• Cook up the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses, and information reports.
• Develop and implement finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures.
• Interact with other managers to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements.
• Work with the management team to develop and implement strategic business plans and operating initiatives.
• Oversee financial management of foreign operations to include developing financial and budget policies and procedures.
• Direct financial audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements.
