We need to extract sections: - About the role: maybe the introductory paragraph after Qualifications? Actually the posting includes "Qualifications:" then a paragraph describing ideal Controller. That could be "About the role" or "Qualifications". But we have separate headings for Qualifications and Skills. The instructions: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content accordingly. We have: - Department, Reports to, Employment Status: could be part of About the role? Or maybe we can put in a short

under About the role. - Benefits: described: 3 medical plans, optional voluntary benefits, company pays portion, 401k matching, quarterly profit-sharing bonus, casual dress code, PTO prorated first year, annual $100 shoe allowance, Matrix- Employee Assistance Program. That's benefits. - Pay: Not explicitly mentioned. No salary range. So we should NOT include Pay section. - Schedule: Not mentioned. So no Schedule. - Responsibilities: Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including cont). That's responsibilities. - Qualifications: The paragraph after "Qualifications:" describing ideal Controller (process standardization, etc). That's qualifications. - Skills: The section "Skills, Qualifications, Education and/or Relevant Experience:" includes Education/Qualifications, Experience, Skills/Work Requirements, Supervisory Responsibilities. That could be split into Qualifications and Skills. But we already used Qualifications for the descriptive paragraph. The "Skills, Qualifications, Education and/or Relevant Experience:" seems to combine both. We need to decide how to split. We could treat: - About the role: includes Department, Reports to, Employment Status, maybe mission statement? Actually mission statement appears in the qualifications paragraph. But we can put mission in About the role. - Responsibilities: Essential Duties and Responsibilities. - Qualifications: The paragraph starting "The ideal Controller will drive process standardization..." (the description of ideal candidate). That's qualifications. - Skills: Education/Qualifications, Experience, Skills/Work Requirements, Supervisory Responsibilities. - Benefits: as described. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /. Use

for each section heading, then content in

But note that some of that appears in the qualifications paragraph. However we can still include in About the role. Better to keep About the role short: Department, Reports to, Employment Status, maybe a brief overview. But we must preserve all substantive info; we can't omit mission etc. If we put mission in About the role, we preserve it. Responsibilities: list of duties. We need to convert the responsibilities paragraph into bullet points. The text is a long sentence with multiple duties separated by periods. We'll split into logical bullet points.
