Responsibilities

• Manage all corporate accounting activities, including the ME close process, preparation of financial statements, internal and external reporting, team management.
• Private Equity reporting, guidance, modeling, automation.
• Lead the accounting, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting function for all lines of business.
• Cash flow management.
• Affirm appropriate revenue recognition and review of contracts.
• Support pre and post M&A integration of newly acquired businesses.
• Prepare detailed trend analyses to maximize the operational and financial results.
• Oversee general ledger accounts for multiple divisions, ensuring reconciliations as well as cash applications are completed in a timely manner.
• Identify and optimize ways to improve processes through automation and standardization.
• Desire to bring best practices to the team, ensuring goals are met and challenging.
• Lead or assist in ERP Implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, Finance or related field, CPA license or in process.
• Experience in a Fortune 1000 company required.
• Large ERP experience and proficient in manipulating large data sets in excel.
• Knowledgeable in US GAAP.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills, unwavering attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, proactively looking for new challenges.

Pay

Compensation for this position ranges from $120,000 - $160,000 and will vary depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The compensation may also include incentive compensation in the form of discretionary bonuses.
