About the role

The Controller is responsible for managing the overall financial operations of Campbell's Concrete Ltd., including IT systems and co-managing HR and health & safety policy. The role provides accurate financial information to the President through analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and preparing financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the company’s accounting functions, including establishing and maintaining accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
• Prepare financial statements and provide monthly financial reporting to management (President).
• Maintain the company’s accounting systems and all IT functions, implementing upgrades and changes as required.

Pay

$110,000 – $125,000 per year, plus an annual management bonus.
