About the role
The role involves managing financial operations, overseeing budgets, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage financial operations and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Oversight of budgeting processes and financial forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with external auditors to maintain transparency and integrity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Experience with financial modeling and analysis.
- Knowledge of GAAP and SEC regulations.
