About the role

This role oversees all financial operations of Christie’s International Real Estate Emerald Coast (CIREEC), a luxury real estate brokerage. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring compliance with brokerage accounting standards, and delivering financial reporting to ownership.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records

Requirements

• Experience in real estate brokerage accounting
• Understanding of commission structures, escrow/trust account oversight, vendor payments, and financial forecasting
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA certification preferred
• 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping or controller roles in a similar industry
