Responsibilities

• Lead and support month-end and year-end close activities.
• Perform general ledger account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reporting packages.
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies while maintaining compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect data and enhance reporting processes.
• Assist with audit preparation and support special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong experience owning and managing corporate accounting functions.
• Experience with Sage 300 is highly preferred.
• Construction industry accounting experience is strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and manage large data sets.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

The salary for this position is $100,000–$120,000.

The location for this role is in the Greater Springfield, MA Area.
