Essential Functions

• Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Develops, implements, and monitors annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Establishes internal controls to prevent fraud and ensures compliance with healthcare regulations and reporting requirements.
• Maintains fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and cash flow to maximize financial efficiency.
• Supervises billing and collections staff.
• Prepares cost reports for all facilities.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Three or more years of prior healthcare accounting experience is preferred.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English via verbal and written means.
