About the role

The Controller serves as the finance business partner supporting the instruments, MEQ, and Non-standard manufacturing operations and the support functions of the SLC site.

Responsibilities

• Drive the forecast and budget processes for the site within the framework of the Group budget process and guarantee the respect of deadlines, procedures, and deliverables.
• Establish control and analyze the monthly reporting (OPEX, CAPEX and HC…) within the deadline to anticipate any potential drift or opportunity (budget overspending, delay in projects…).
• Alert the site management and propose the necessary corrective actions.
• Guarantee the respect of the corporate procedure within his/her area of responsibility: analytical allocations, accounting rules, provisions, investments and tax rules.
• Develop Key performance metrics in order to facilitate the follow-up of the site performance.
• Propose concrete solutions and improvements to optimize the financial performance of the site.
• Benchmark as much as possible with comparable activities, internally or externally.
