The Controller will lead all accounting and financial operations across multiple business sites within a manufacturing and assembly environment, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, overseeing cost accounting, and driving operational financial performance. This is a high-impact leadership role reporting to the Director of Finance.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead all general ledger and financial reporting activities across multiple business sites on a timely basis
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, corporate policies, and all regulatory/tax requirements
• Lead and continuously improve month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Drive cost accounting excellence including standard costing, variance analysis, and cost roll accuracy
• Partner with operations and plant leadership to analyze manufacturing performance, margins, and cost drivers
• Oversee inventory accounting including valuation, controls, physical inventories, and cycle count programs
• Ensure BOMs, routings, and labor standards are accurate and aligned with operational reality
