Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to equipment and systems
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various pieces of equipment

• Document findings and actions taken during inspections and repairs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar technical role
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

• Knowledge of HVAC systems
