Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair AC & DC circuits, photo eye sensors, encoders, programmable logic controllers, and barcode readers.
  • Perform program changes and monitor PLC and PMS systems.
  • Conduct maintenance on controls, process controllers, control cabinets, power supplies, and field devices.
  • Follow safety procedures including lockout-tag out and confined space protocols.
  • Complete work orders, document activities, and manage parts and inventory.
  • Utilize electrical diagnostic equipment and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Perform low and high voltage repairs, including fuses, relays, wiring, and contactors.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience with PLCs, conveyors, and controls.
  • Electrical experience with high and low voltage AC/DC systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Knowledge of automatic identification systems and proficiency with PC hardware/software.
  • Experience programming PLCs like Allen/Bradley or Siemens.
  • Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Support for overtime work and possession of a valid driver's license.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.
