Control Room Specialist (LCC)
About the role
Support and optimize our automated material handling system in real-time. Work with a variety of in-house and industry IT solutions to fine-tune performance and drive improvements. Keep a close eye on system operations and use root cause analysis to maximize uptime and productivity. Address and correct workflow problems, mechanical issues, and computer system diagnostics. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by creating technical documentation and supporting escalation management. Perform system monitoring and support repairs and preventative maintenance. Manage user rights in our WMS and create tickets for the help desk. Report on system performance and assist in application testing.

- One (1) to two (2) years in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Associate's degree in IT related field is preferred.
- Continuous walking and standing.
- Lifting, pulling and pushing up to 50 pounds.
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL, network infrastructure, and Windows OS.
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, ShareDrive, Outlook).
- Basic PC and network troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with automated equipment and the metric system is a plus.
- Ability to continuously walk, climb, and stand, and to lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds.
