About the role

Our Production Operator is responsible for operating production equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the smooth operation of our facilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to prevent downtime
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of related experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Basic understanding of industrial machinery and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Experience with basic computer operations and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
