Requirements
- Prior dispatch or security operations experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Pass drug screen and background check
- Meet and maintain applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guards
- Physical ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods, climb stairs, and navigate uneven terrain
- Frequent lifting/moving up to 10 lb and occasional lifting/moving up to 25 lb
Responsibilities
- Observe and report activities and incidents at assigned client sites to ensure security and safety of property and personnel
- Patrol a variety of locations, monitor premises, and enforce regulations and directives
- Provide customer service and information to client employees and customers
- Preserve order while enforcing site policies for personnel and visitors
