Control Engineer Manager (Technical Lead)

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 6-8 Controls Engineers
• Remain hands-on with PLC programming and HMI development
• Drive custom automation, robotics, and machine-build projects from concept through startup
• Act as the technical subject matter expert across controls and automation projects
• Influence engineering standards, best practices, and team development
• Work on complex, high-visibility projects across multiple manufacturing industries

Requirements

• Controls Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related background
• Experience with Allen-Bradley / Rockwell PLC platforms
• Leadership experience
• Experience within machine building, systems integration, or custom automation environments
• Exposure to robotics and industrial automation systems preferred
