Control Center Operations Specialist

This role will report to the Manager, Control Center Operations and is based in San Jose, CA.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot system installations at our customer sites
- Respond to system alarms and complete system actions
- Maintain detailed logs of events and troubleshooting
- Analyze and identify cause of system issues, supporting our Field Service Technicians remotely with system troubleshooting efforts
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors and other groups
Requirements
- Positive can-do attitude
- Highly motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced work environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter that shows the ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
- Analytical and proficient in MS Office
- High School or Community college education
Schedule
This is a fully on-site, 5 days per week, in-office role with the following shift:
- First Shift: 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Working hours: 8-hour shifts to support 24-hour operation in a rotating shift schedule.
Pay
Salary Ranges: $28.02 - $40.32 per hour.
