Contracts/Subcontracts Administrator
Position Summary
CUBRC, Inc. is seeking a Contracts/Subcontracts Administrator in Buffalo, NY to report to its Contracts Manager. Responsibilities will include cradle-to-grave contracts and agreements and subcontracts administration; cradle-to-grave review and administration of solicitations, RFPs, and proposal package submissions; cradle-to-grave administration of miscellaneous agreements such as consultant agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and teaming agreements; creation and maintenance of contract/subcontract documentation in both electronic and hard copy files in accordance with ISO and CPSR requirements; maintenance of contracts/subcontracts database; support audits; other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- CPCM or DAWIA a plus
- Excellent skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Experience: 5+ years’ experience with federal contracts/subcontracts and/or federal grants/subawards
- Working knowledge of FARS, DFARS, and other agency acquisition regulations
- Hands-on experience administering DoD and/or other federal agency contracts, subcontracts, grants, subawards, and other types of agreements
- Solicitation/RFP/proposal experience including review, submission and negotiations
- Contract administration problem-solving experience
- Deliverables tracking
- Deltek Cost Point experience is a plus
Special Requirements
Must be able to obtain and remain eligible for a US Department of Defense security clearance.
