We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate. We need to parse the posting. Key sections: - About The Role: paragraph describing role: "Voyager Technologies is seeking an experienced Contract Specialist. The successful candidate’s attributes should include but are not limited to strong experience with FAR/DFARS/Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) terms and conditions risk assessment and negotiations, understanding the implications of international and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) contracting, working knowledge of Offsets and Industrial Participation, experience in intellectual property issues and USG data rights, strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, subject matter expertise in contracting, and be able to provide contractual and business guidance to the Program Management Leadership" - Reporting Structure & Location: "This role reports to the Senior Director Contracts and sits within the Contracts department. The position is onsite, based out of El Segundo, CA and may have multi-site responsibility." - What You'll Do: list of duties (multiple bullet-like sentences). We need to put as
  • . - Qualifications: Required and Preferred sections. Required: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Org Development, related field, or equivalent work experience. 7+ years highly dynamic role in a technology, defense, or aerospace/space company. Experience with managing Government contracts under FAR and DFARS. Experience in development of proposals, proposal cost structure, performance requirements, delivery schedules, and negotiations. Demonstrated ability to shape results in support of objectives, including ability to communicate and influence executive leadership. Excellent communication skills and proven ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with complex customer. Detail oriented and data-driven. Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance at the appropriate level (requires U.S. Citizenship). - Preferred: Advanced degree (MBA, JD or other). Experience with aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing. - Compensation & Benefits: includes Pay range and benefits list. - Benefits: list of benefits: Flexible Time Off (FTO), comprehensive medical/dental/vision, flexible affordable gym memberships, 401(k) with 50% match up to 8%, company wellness programs, additional voluntary benefits, opportunity to work with talented team. - Pay: "The good faith base salary range for this role is $130,000 - $150,000 at the time of this posting. Where you fall within the range depends on your experience, skills, and location. This range reflects base salary only and does not include benefits or bonus/incentive compensation. This range may be adjusted in the future." - Schedule: Not explicitly mentioned. There's no schedule info. So we should not include Schedule section. - Skills: Might be covered in qualifications but we could have a Skills section if there is explicit skill list. The posting includes "strong experience with FAR/DFARS/DCS terms and conditions risk assessment and negotiations, understanding the implications of international and FMS contracting, working knowledge of Offsets and Industrial Participation, experience in intellectual property issues and USG data rights, strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, subject matter expertise in contracting". Those are skills. Could put under Skills section. But we already have Qualifications and Requirements. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: - About the role: we have paragraph. - Responsibilities: we have "What You'll Do" list. - Requirements: could be the required qualifications? But we also have Qualifications heading. Might combine? The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications (including required and preferred), Benefits, Pay. Possibly also Skills if distinct. But we have both Required and Preferred under Qualifications. Could put them under Qualifications heading with sub-lists. We also have "Reporting Structure & Location" which could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section? Not in list of headings. Could fold into About the role paragraph. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. We must preserve all substantive info: need to include all details from the posting except boilerplate. Let's extract substantive info: Company description: first paragraph about Voyager (maybe not needed as it's generic but it's part of posting). Should we keep? It's substantive but not about role. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep the introductory paragraph about Voyager? It's not a heading but we can include as

before headings. It's okay. Then "Forge the Future: Join Voyager Technologies" etc. That's also marketing fluff but still part of posting. Might be considered substantive? It's not boilerplate; it's part of the job ad. We'll keep as paragraph(s). Then "About The Role" heading (we will convert to

    About the role

and then paragraph. Then "Reporting Structure & Location" we can incorporate into About the role paragraph or as a separate

after the heading? Since we don't have a heading for that, we can just include as a paragraph after the About the role content. Then "What You'll Do" -> Responsibilities section (

    Responsibilities

    ) with
    • items. Then "Qualifications" -> we can have

      Qualifications

with required and preferred sub-sections maybe as
      • or separate

? Not allowed to use other headings? Only specified headings allowed? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings but we should stick to those. We could embed required and preferred as
        • with maybe bold text? But we need to preserve info. Could do two
            lists with preceding

indicating Required and Preferred. Then "Compensation & Benefits" -> we need Benefits and Pay sections. The posting includes both. So we will have

            Benefits

            with
            • list of benefits. And

              Pay

with paragraph about salary range. We should not include Schedule as no info. We should not include Skills separately if we already have Qualifications covering skills. But we could add Skills if we want. However we have skill details in About the role and Qualifications. To avoid thin sections, we can omit Skills. We must not repeat job title as heading. The job title is "Contract Specialist". Not used as heading. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Thus we need to strip: - "Voyager is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. - "To conform to U.S. Government export regulations..." etc. - "Minority/Female/Disabled/Veteran" - "The statements contained in this job description..." etc. - "California pay range $130,000—$150,000 USD" (duplicate of pay range; we already have pay range; but it's still substantive? It's duplicate; we can drop duplicate.) - Also "Voyager offers a highly competitive total compensation package..." is part of benefits; we keep. - "Flexible Time Off (FTO)..." etc. Now craft HTML. We'll start with introductory paragraphs:

              Then About the role:

              About the role

This role reports to the Senior Director Contracts and sits within the Contracts department. The position is onsite, based out of El Segundo, CA and may have multi-site responsibility.

              Then Responsibilities:

                • Contract closeouts and interface with Supply Chain leadership to ensure relevant contracting requirements are communicated and incorporated
              • Must be able to travel between multiple sites, as needed
Note: The nested list inside Manage and provide leadership... we need to keep as sub-items. Could flatten? But we need to preserve detail. We'll keep nested
                . Then Qualifications:

                Qualifications

                Required

                • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, a related field, or equivalent work experience
