Contracts Specialist

Responsibilities

• Review proposed contracts to ensure consistency with the quotation.
• Maintain and reconcile backlogs, bookings, and sales reports.
• Maintain Salesforce, reconciling to bookings reports.
• Maintain customer, supplier, and sales rep database in ERP system.
• Maintain and monitor customer/supplier portals, updating annuals Certs and Reps, invoicing, obtaining new purchase orders, and requests for quotations.
• Absorb and address daily operations issues/questions.
• Interface with freight forwarders/customers to arrange shipments.
• Carefully screen names in Visual Compliance, update visitor logs, and report findings for final FSO approval.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and 8 years of related experience, or Associate’s degree with 4 years of related experience.
• 5+ years contract management experience in defense manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with large, complex multifaceted electronics design & manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with defense aerospace industry & regulations, and understanding of procurement roles in complex industries.
• Understanding of FAR, DFAR regulations, ITAR, and EAR.
• Experience with subcontractor solicitations and bid analysis/process.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• CostPoint and Salesforce experience preferred.

Pay

$75,000 - $100,000/year, DOE
