Responsibilities
- Review proposed contracts to ensure consistency with the quotation.
- Maintain and reconcile backlogs, bookings, and sales reports.
- Maintain Salesforce, reconciling to bookings reports.
- Maintain customer, supplier, and sales rep database in ERP system.
- Maintain and monitor customer/supplier portals, updating annuals Certs and Reps, invoicing, obtaining new purchase orders, and requests for quotations.
- Absorb and address daily operations issues/questions.
- Interface with freight forwarders/customers to arrange shipments.
- Carefully screen names in Visual Compliance, update visitor logs, and report findings for final FSO approval.
Qualifications
- High School diploma and 8 years of related experience, or Associate’s degree with 4 years of related experience.
- 5+ years contract management experience in defense manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with large, complex multifaceted electronics design & manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with defense aerospace industry & regulations, and understanding of procurement roles in complex industries.
- Understanding of FAR, DFAR regulations, ITAR, and EAR.
- Experience with subcontractor solicitations and bid analysis/process.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- CostPoint and Salesforce experience preferred.
Pay
$75,000 - $100,000/year, DOE
