Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Compile provider contracts, services, and satisfaction data
- Prepare and analyze required and related reports
- Notify appropriate OCES staff
- Affiliate with initiating and monitoring provider contracts, including on-site evaluations, insurance coverage, and monthly OIG checks to ensure quality of delivered services and compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures
- Affiliate with ensuring that current, accurate Provider contract data is in OCES files, databases, and spreadsheets
- Affiliate in completing provider direct/billing functions as needed and requested
- Analyze procedures and recommend suggestions to reduce paperwork and/or improve process flow; implement after approved
- Provide primary backup for Contracts Manager

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or business preferred
- Two years of experience in an office environment
