About the role

The Contracts & Program Control Manager is responsible for overseeing contract management processes and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract management processes including drafting, negotiation, and execution of contracts.
• Ensure all contracts are compliant with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor contract performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project success.
• Manage contract renewals and terminations in accordance with organizational procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve contract-related issues and conflicts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management or related field.
• Experience with contract management software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of industry-standard contract templates and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay

• Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually.

Schedule
