Roles and Responsibilities
- Interface with government and prime customers on routine contractual matters.
- Review and analyze RFPs/RFQs for compliance and risk; prepare proposal documentation and pricing support.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions under supervision, including delivery schedules.
- Support Cost or Pricing Data (Truthful Cost or Pricing Data statute; formerly TINA) requirements, sweeps, and certifications; coordinate fact-finding and DCAA/DCMA interactions.
- Review contract modifications and maintain accurate records.
- Affiliate with contract closeout and reporting requirements.
- Guide internal stakeholders on contractual interpretation, risk posture, and change management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of government contracting experience, specifically Department of Defense (Department of War).
- Working knowledge of FAR, DFAR, and TINA/CCOPD.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Pay
The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $86,400 to $118,800. Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
