Contracts (Intern - Summer 2027)

About the role
The selected applicant will assist in the daily execution of department needs, completing diverse tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment. The intern will have access to and be responsible for protecting the company’s intellectual property, resources, and confidential information, requiring a high level of honesty and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with special projects
- Scheduling appointments and meetings in Microsoft Outlook
- Managing digital filing systems
- Compiling data for reports
- Supporting activities in contract management and contract administration
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, preferably in business with a focus on legal or business-related fields, and at least one year of college completed
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
- Proven team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Must meet eligibility requirements for security clearance
- High school diploma or GED required

Pay
The anticipated hourly range for this position based in Syracuse, NY is $20.00 to $22.00. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs.
Schedule
This is a summer 2027 internship/co-op position. Travel may be required up to 10%.
