Responsibilities
- Aid in data entry and maintain the local office database.
- Support the preparation of customer proposals, PowerPoint presentations, letters, spreadsheets, certificates of insurance, pre-qualification questionnaires, and order legal paperwork and forms.
- Coordinate meetings for sales teams.
- Manage incoming and outgoing project-related mail, contract documents, submittals, and design documents.
- Update service labor, material, and subcontract labor for cost projection.
- Manage contract closeout process.
- Support the administration of maintenance agreements.
- Research and reconcile contract mischarges.
- Travel for in-person meetings.
- Support the administration of maintenance agreements.
- Review maintenance agreement renewals for profitability and coordinate escalations.
- Distribute renewal agreements to customers and follow up.
- Track renewal status and engage with Sales teams as needed.
- Validate completed renewals to meet legal, credit, and internal approval requirements.
- Communicate renewal status updates to Sales staff and District Managers.
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- 5-7+ years of related experience in a sales environment.
- Bachelor’s degree may be considered in lieu of work experience.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
