Contracts Analyst

Position Summary

The Contracts Analyst supports contract managers by reviewing, analyzing, drafting and negotiating MultiCare contracts. This role involves applying contract expertise to assist with a variety of contracts, from routine to complex.

Responsibilities

• Prepare contracts, amendments, and statements of work in accordance with company policy, legal requirements and specifications under the guidance of the contracts manager
• Review and negotiate contractual terms and conditions for routine contracts
• Ensure all assigned contracts are executed per policies, uploaded to the contract database and linked to applicable purchase orders; maintains the contract database with all required data including expiration/renewal date, product information and related licensing terms

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in law, paralegal degree/certification preferred
• Minimum three (3) years of experience developing, implementing, operating or maintaining analytics for contract processes and/or business support required
• Negotiation skills required
• Healthcare experience preferred

Pay and Benefits
