Contracts Administrator - III (Senior)

We are currently seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator for a prominent client of ours. This position is fully remote. Details for the position are as follows: Job Description: Pay: $60 - 65.18/hr (W2)7 ½ - month assignment with potential to extend based on performance and business need Core working hours are 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with flexibility to work 1-2 additional hours M-TH to take Friday afternoons offManage the end-to-end lifecycle of Purchase-Based Contracts, with a strong focus on Government and Federal contractingEnsure contract terms align with approved pricing strategies, rebate structures, and government pricing, legal, and regulatory requirementsInterpret and administer contract terms related to pricing, chargebacks, rebates, fees, performance metrics, and service levelsManage complex Government, Specialty Pharmacy, IRP, GPO, IDN, and Distributor agreementsMaintain accurate and auditable documentation, including contract pricing, eligibility reporting, participant lists, administrative fees, rebates, and performance reportingAudit contract eligibility, pricing, payments, and performance metrics to ensure data integrity across multiple systemsPerform customer and pricing validations and provide audit support related to contracting and eligibility Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Legal Studies, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred; extensive relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree3-5+ years of pharmaceutical contracting experience, specifically Government and Federal contract compliance and administrationIn-depth knowledge of Government pricing calculations, Class of Trade, contract compliance, rebates, chargebacks, pricing, and distribution modelsAdvanced proficiency with contract management systems, document repositories, MS Excel, and reporting toolsPreferred: Experience with utilization-based contracts, pricing and reimbursement, PBM, and MedicaidBroad understanding of the U.S. healthcare and pharmaceutical product contracting environment preferred If you are interested in hearing more about the position, please respond to this posting with your resume attached.
