About the role
We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our team in Chatsworth, CA. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, this role involves managing all aspects of the contract process, from quoting and order entry to contract review and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the contract process: quoting, advanced order entry, contract review, order management, account reconciliation, and delivery of products and/or services.
- Review and validate PO requirements, terms and conditions, and contract flow-downs.
- Interpret and communicate contractual language and requirements.
- Manage quotes and proposals.
- Manage customer portals and maintain customer scorecards.
- Facilitate all customer requests and meetings.
- Maintain a high customer response rate with exceptional quality.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- College degree is preferred.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in aerospace or manufacturing environments.
- Aerospace industry experience and knowledge of FAR/DFAR is preferred.
- NCMA certification is preferred.
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Qualifications
