Contracts Administrator

About the role

Responsible for providing technical support and assistance to clients in various IT areas including networking, cybersecurity, data center management, and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access tools.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving client issues related to network infrastructure, security protocols, data center operations, and cloud computing environments.
• Document and maintain knowledge base articles for common issues and solutions.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new technologies and industry trends.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in IT support or customer service.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic IT troubleshooting tools.

Qualifications

• Experience with network infrastructure, cybersecurity, data center management, and cloud services is preferred.
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices is advantageous.
