Contractor Program Security Officer
Performs a wide range of functions to ensure the protection of company and government sensitive and classified information. Applies advanced skills and extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction. Mentors and may supervise team members.
Responsibilities
- Conduct indoctrinations, briefs, or debriefs
- Write Standards of Procedures (SOPs)
- Review program security plans and SOPs for programs
- Implement security procedures in compliance with Intelligence Community directives and government policies
- Submit accesses for Special Access Programs (SAPs)
- Maintain SAP training and records
- Perform JADE account lookups and creations
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the DoD or intelligence community
- Experience working with Special Access Program (SAP) information
- Knowledge of submitting accesses for SAPs and maintaining SAP training and records
- Knowledge of industry and government requirements, standards, policies, and directives supporting security programs under the DoD Manual 5205.07 Volumes 1-4
- TS/SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in distinct functional or cross-functional security areas, including personnel, physical, industrial security, computer investigations, classification management, operational security, or security education
- Experience with DoD security systems or databases, including DISS and NISS
- Knowledge of industry and government requirements, standards, policies, and directives supporting security programs involving various classified environments, such as 32 CFR Part 117, ICDs
- Bachelor’s degree

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

Work models include:
- Remote: Generally expected to have cameras on during meetings. May occasionally require in-person work at a Booz Allen or customer facility.
- Hybrid: Expected to work from a Booz Allen facility frequently, with potential visits to customer facilities as needed.
- Onsite: Work primarily performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, collaborating directly with colleagues and customers.
