About the role

The Red Gate Group is seeking a Contractor Program Manager (CPM) to lead a 100+ person team delivering lifecycle acquisition, business operations, program management, and financial and budget management support for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). Work will be performed primarily at NGA Washington (Springfield, VA) and at other NGA sites as directed. This is a designated Key Personnel position with a 12‑month commitment from contract award.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the single point of contact between the contractor team and the Government program office.
  • Direct, manage, and administer every task under the contract to ensure program activities finish within budget and on schedule.
  • Oversee performance, financial reporting, burn rate, schedules, personnel, training, security deliverables, and contract modifications, including the subcontractor portion of the team.
  • Keep the Contracting Officer’s Representative and Government Program Manager informed of significant risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
  • Own the timely and compliant delivery of all Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) items.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a business‑related field and 7+ years of program management experience, or Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field and 10+ years of program management experience. The degree must be in a business‑related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead contracts of similar scope and complexity, including managing subcontractors.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Current Counterintelligence‑scope polygraph (completed within the last five years) or willingness to schedule and complete one within 90 days of assignment.

Preferred qualifications

  • Program management experience within the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community, with NGA experience preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or a comparable certification.
  • Experience in financial, business, and lifecycle acquisition management.
  • Current CI polygraph (completed within the last five years).
