About the role

The Advanced Regenerative Manufacturing Institute (ARMl)IBioFabUSA is a Member-based non-profit, member-driven, public-private partnership with a mission to advance the bioeconomy and transform the future of human health. ARMI provides technical and wrap-around commercialization services to companies seeking to advance technologies that will contribute to this impact.

Responsibilities

  • Aid in drafting, reviewing, and organizing: Service Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Statements of Work, Government-funded subaward and subcontract agreements, and Amendments, modifications, and related contractual documents.
  • Support contract lifecycle management activities, including: Contract intake and tracking, Execution coordination, File management and records organization.
  • Conduct research related to: Federal funding requirements, Compliance obligations, Regulatory and contractual interpretation, Government contracting, and nonprofit grant administration.
  • Aid in the implementation and continuous improvement of a contract management system, including: Data migration and organization, Template standardization, Workflow documentation, Process optimization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, operations, program management, and external stakeholders.
  • Support the development of internal guidance materials, compliance checklists, and contract administration procedures.
  • Participate in special projects supporting ARMI's operational and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a law and legal studies program or any related program preferred.

Excellent writing skills, attention to detail and analytical ability.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Interest in contracts, compliance, nonprofit operations, or government-funded programs.

Familiarity with basic contract concepts preferred but not required.

Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information professionally.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with databases or contract management platforms is a plus.
