About the role

We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping older adults and individuals with disabilities thrive safely and independently at home. A successful candidate is highly empathetic, can juggle the needs of our clients, programs, and business, and is eager to make a lasting impact. We’re a tech-first team, so comfort working with new systems and tools will be an advantage. Home modification experience is a huge plus.

Anticipated start date: 10/1/26. This is a contracted role requiring a minimum of 10 hours of weekly availability for in-home visits.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home assessments and functional evaluations
  • Deliver personalized, evidence-based recommendations for home modifications
  • Educate clients and caregivers on fall prevention and safe mobility techniques
  • Engage clients and families in collaborative care planning
  • Work closely with our Director of Clinical Operations to share findings and support process improvement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation through our electronic system

Requirements

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active, unencumbered OT license
  • 2+ years of clinical experience
  • Experience in home health, aging in place, or disability services preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Proficiency with technology and digital documentation
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team

Pay

$120 per completed evaluation, which includes travel to/from the client’s home, the evaluation itself, and documentation. Additional compensation may be provided for extended travel, subject to prior discussion and approval. Contractors are paid monthly, within two weeks of the previous month’s end.
