CONTRACT2HIRE eDiscovery Advisor
About the role
Our client, a powerhouse in eDiscovery and information governance, is seeking a contract eDiscovery Advisor to support a high-priority project focused on eDiscovery and lit support. In this role, you'll work closely with internal teams, clients, and business partners to deliver strategic, technical support across complex engagements. Responsibilities include managing workflows, contributing to business development and marketing initiatives, and helping shape the firm's brand through high-quality, on-time execution. This fully remote position is ideal for professionals with strong communication skills, technical fluency in tools like Relativity or Office 365, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Communicates and maintains trusted relationships with Firm team members, clients, and business partners
- Supports existing client relationships and engagements, including the identification of key issues, and development of strategies and analysis
- Develops technical expertise (i.e., Ringtail, Office 365, Relativity)
- Supports the technical (non-legal) aspects of existing engagements
- Contributes to the development and protection of the firm's brand
- Performs high-quality work delivered on time and within scope and budget
- Supports business development initiatives and opportunities and support request for proposals ("RFP")
- Supports direct and indirect marketing efforts (e.g., articles, speeches, other PR, webinars, conferences, etc.)
- Responds to client services in a timely manner
- Performs other duties as assigned

- Proven technical, client management, project plan design, and facilitation skills

Qualifications
- Some experience in eDiscovery and information governance within a law firm, consulting advisory firm, or corporate management function
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- Experience working in and with remote teams
- Ability to travel up to 25% percent of the time
- Ability to travel internationally
Pay
Expected salary for this exempt role is $100,000 - $150,000, commensurate with experience, training, skills, qualifications, and other market factors.
