Contract Technical Designer
The Role
The Contract Technical Designer supports the Design team in bringing concepts to life with precision, speed, and obsessive attention to detail. This role is critical to the accurate execution of design intent from sketch through production, translating hand-drawn sketches and CADs into clear, production-ready technical flats, and building comprehensive design tech packs that guide execution from concept through development. This is a fast-paced, high-volume contract role supporting the Design team through peak development periods. It requires exceptional organizational skills, deep technical knowledge of construction across fabric types, and the ability to meet tight deadlines with consistent accuracy. The ideal candidate is as passionate about precision and construction as they are about creative collaboration and team support.
