CONTRACT - Sr Sourcing Recruiter

About the role
The Strategic Recruiting Programs team connects the business to talent via early career and strategic sourcing programs. We are looking for Sourcing Recruiters to focus on priority roles and strategic sourcing programs, proactively identifying and recruiting top talent for business-critical roles at Nintendo.
Responsibilities
- Develop deep understanding of Nintendo's talent segments to build a pipeline of qualified talent to fill current and future hiring needs via proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
- Support and execute on strategic recruiting programs
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers in creating sourcing strategies for priority roles
- Source, assess, and deliver pipeline of top talent to hiring teams
- May require limited travel to talent networking and recruiting events
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience sourcing and/or full cycle recruiting in a high-volume environment (via search firm or in-house recruiting)
- 3+ years of experience recruiting passive candidates for technical roles
- Knowledgeable in sourcing tools, social media, emerging technologies, and techniques for identifying highly qualified talent
- Curiosity and strong market research skills with the ability to create customized value propositions to attract and connect with talent
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships
- Strong analytical skills with ability to create, measure, and scale workflows
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Human Resources, a related field, or equivalent
Schedule
This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
Pay
This contract position includes a base pay range of $55—$75 USD and is eligible for benefits through the employing agency. Agency benefits include eligibility for medical insurance, employee assistance program, and paid sick leave. All benefits are subject to elections, eligibility requirements, plan, and program terms. Benefits offerings will be confirmed at the time of offer by the employing agency and may differ depending on the employing agency partner.
